IDEO held a first-ever company conference in San Francisco with employees from each of their offices from around the world participating in workshops, presentations and activities. Because many employees had never met each other, it was important to promote a sense of community and shared purpose that would last both inside and out of the work place.

IDEO had a clear idea of what they wanted to do and accomplish, so they called on Opts to help in the specific areas:
Technical Needs: Produce seamless presentations from a variety of formats and countries
Logistics and Production Needs: Coordinate logistics and production for company-wide meals, activities, parties and photo shoots
Venue Needs: Secure venues for the conference, activities and parties

With an ambitious and content-rich plan to pack over fifty presentations into two days, Opts helped ensure seamless presentations in a variety of formats and kept a tight schedule on track during the conference. Participants were dazzled by a multimedia program that featured an array of color and sound that kept them engaged, informed and entertained.
Catering logistics included turning a parking lot into an urban picnic space with Astroturf, red gingham blankets, and gourmet bag lunches; and organizing a Dine Around at twenty-five of the Bay Area's favorite restaurants.
